Return Window
Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
